Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Therapy does not have to happen under fluorescent lights in a traditional office to be meaningful. In fact, for many people, that setup does not feel particularly grounding in the first place. Cascade Health offers flexible therapy services throughout Calgary and Alberta, including virtual, walk-and-talk, mobile, and nature-based care designed to feel more human, accessible, and connected to real life.
Ways To Meet
Virtual Therapy
Secure online therapy sessions available throughout Alberta for individuals, couples, families, and youth seeking flexible and accessible care from the comfort of their own space.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Outdoor therapy sessions throughout Calgary combining movement, nature, and conversation in a grounded and flexible approach to mental health care.
Mobile Therapy
Therapy sessions offered in community settings throughout Calgary through our mobile therapy model, creating more flexible and personalized options for support outside of a traditional office.
In-Home Therapy
In-home sessions may be available in select situations where accessibility, mobility, or support needs make traditional therapy settings more difficult to access.
